Our company has many years of experience in the field of preparation of both general design and detailed design plans in the fields of chemical industry, pesticide formulation plant, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, automotive design, plant design and facility design.In the preparation of new, greenfield investments and expansion and maintenance plans for existing plants.
During general planning, we coordinate and bring together all the designers from all disciplines (architecture, statics, electrical, instrumentation, building engineering, fire protection, Atex, HAZOP, ...) on your behalf, so that you are not left out of the planning process and the facility is to be constructed as you want it to be.
Bearing in mind the fact that the new plant block has to be operated cost-effectively.
We consider it important to have appropriate technical communication both with the consultant designers and with the Customer, because we can save you the most time and money during construction with well-thought-out, optimized plans.
Our company is a committed supporter of BIM - Building Information Modeling planning and its widest possible application.We design pipeline systems using the AutoCad Plant 3D program. Our goal is to extract as much information as possible from the 3D model created during the design process, which is an advantage during construction. As a result, drawing documentation will be created faster, accurate and easily modified plans will be placed on your desk, leaving more time during the planning process to determine the exact technical content, conduct negotiations and make changes.
During facility planning, the plans for each disciplines are put together in the NavisWorks Manage program. The crash test can also take place here.

Other specialist plans closely related to facility planning - architecture, statics, building mechanics, electricity, control technology - are prepared with the involvement of qualified subcontractors.Many years of cooperation and personal relationships with subcontractors ensure full communication and that the right work method is always chosen.
